In Bed with….Deuces Wild! Is a collection of songs, some written as early as the late 1970’s by Big Daddy Powers, Native New Yorker (Rockaway Beach) and brought to life in his new project, the Primitive Rock and Roll duo “Deuces Wild!”. With a career spanning over 45 years as a live performer and producer (under various guises) Big Daddy is known as the guitarist of New York Rawk and Roll legends “The Roustabouts” (later Roustabout Survivors) as well as a solo artist performing with various incarnations of his musical visions (The Professor, Live Nude Girls, The Incantations, aCid5, zouzoumamoux).

In 2021 during the Coronavirus Pandemic, Big Daddy teamed up with Pebbles Van Herzen on Drums (and Kisses) to bring to life his vision of a primitive Rock and Roll duo mixing elements of Rockabilly, Surf, Punk and Garage Rock. In Bed with…Deuces Wild! gets its name from the couple's wish to “bare it all” and present the rawest possible versions of these tracks. Since the inception of the band, Deuces Wild! Has performed over 150 shows throughout Europe and will be heading to the USA in late 2024 to tour in support of this release. We are excited to do the Deuces Swag for you all and hope you enjoy this record, with its nostalgic nod to the past of a bygone era…Kick it like it’s 1979…We’re Going to the Deuce!
